My car battery wouldn’t start even after trying to jump it. Called Mike, he came to me, jumped my car and gave me advice on what I should do next. I was originally going to get him to tow me to autozone but I was so impressed with his attitude and willingness to help that I wanted him to fix it. He towed my car to his shop with me in the truck and replaced my battery in less than an hour. Extremely professional, fair prices and good people. If you are in Austin and having car trouble call Mike!

Excellent service at a more than fair price. They fit me in when I was in a jam and fixed my heap very well. These guys are the real thing, they are legit, they care about the customers. That is becoming increasingly uncommon unfortunately. From my experience I recommend Auto Craft highly.

Great mechanic and customer service! I had a fuel leak that left my car stranded in my apartment's parking lot. Mike responded quickly over phone & text to schedule a free towing and diagnostic - life saver! Despite a rainy weekend, it only took 2 days to get a quote and 1 day to replace my fuel pump system at an incredibly reasonable price. As a heads-up the company has separate phone numbers and business names for their towing and mechanic services but they are the same business. My uber driver also had trouble finding their shop when I was dropped off because it's behind another business. I will absolutely be going back to them for future car repairs and recommending them to everyone I know. So appreciative for their help during a stressful time.

Hidden gem of a shop! Kind, honest, and all-around good people. I’m truly grateful for the help they provided. If you’re looking for a reliable, kind, and skilled mechanic, this is the place to go! I can’t say enough good things about this mechanic shop! While driving in a heavy rain, I hit a hidden ditch, and my car started making this awful noise from the plastic underneath hanging and dragging. I was so stressed and the first shop I stopped at couldn’t help but the older gentleman there kindly directed me to the shop behind the building, and I’m so glad he did. I went over, and two young mechanics greeted me with warmth, jumped right on my car, and didn’t even charge me. Their kindness and honesty blew me away, and as a female, I felt really comfortable and respected the entire time, which made the experience even better. I couldn’t be more grateful. Kind, honest, and just all-around good people. I can’t thank them enough. Five stars all day!

My splash shield fell off under my car, so I stopped by Auto Craft Mechanic Services & Body. The mechanic took one look, realized it was a quick fix that would only take a few minutes, and fixed it right away. What really stood out was his honesty he told me it was such a small job that he wouldn’t charge me for it. In a world where many people would take advantage of the situation, he chose to simply help. Because of that integrity, I’ll be a loyal customer from now on. Truly appreciate honest businesses like this.
